In my experience, learning two languages at once is possible, but it can be counterproductive if they are very similar, such as French and Spanish. If you are determined to learn two, it is better to pair two whose linguistic systems possess less overlap, like French and Russin, or Spanish and German(to a certain extent), or Spanish and Chinese if you are set on using Fluenz.
In the end though, it depends on what you value. Do you want to be able to adequately speak French and Spanish, or do you want speak one very well?
