Answer Question
Trying to learn 2 languages simultaneously?
So I have been learning French, but also picked up the Spanish 1-5 (thanks for the sale Fluenz!). Recently went to Mallorca, Spain for a week for a meeting, so I dropped the French for a few weeks and worked on Spanish.
I'd like to continue to learn both...but don't want to try to do too much and end up with lousy results in both languages. So...I'd like some opinions.
Is it better to learn one language to a certain point before embarking on another? Or is it OK to work on them side by side?
If learning 2 languages simultaneously, what's the best way to time things? One week one language, next week the other? Alternate days? How many hours/days a week should I be spending to make reasonable progress?
Thanks in advance,
