As Sonia sez on the audio CD, prossima and scorsa can be spoken either before or after the noun they modify---you'll hear both

thanks, I knew some could come before, but had "remembered" that one as having to come after. This is why I keep trying to learn!

Imagine if someone trying to learn English were to listen to play-by-play of live sporting events. "And if he catches the ball, he would have scored," and other creative constructions.

good point....the more "phrases" I learn in Italian, the more I realize this will be an ongoing process. :-)
