Review the present tense of "Möchten". "Sie möchten" is used for the polite/formal singular or plural form of you or for they. "Du möchtest" is used when referring to someone you know well or to a child. It is the singular informal form of you. "Sie möchte" is the third-person singular (i.e., she would like". In the last case, "Sie" is capitalized only at the beginning of the sentence. "Sie" - meaning "you" is always capitalized.
