I think we (adult foreign language learners) have to be somewhat flexible. I virtually never do an entire lesson in one sitting. I prefer spreading it out so I don't just short-term memorize the material. I usually do a lesson over 2 days, then the flashcards over the next day or two. I also am using a textbook and taking a class through the local school's continuing ed program. I don't worry so much about routine, as making sure I'm doing 1-2 hours of formal study on weeknights, plus around 5 hours total over a weekend. That's worked well for me for the past 6 months. I know I will NEVER sound like a native francophone, but I do have the goal of functional communication and ability of reading news and literature in French. I also know I will never be as articulate in French as I am in English. What are your goals? The schedule you describe sounds fairly rigorous, and has probably gotten you relatively far for the time you've been studying.
