Answer Question
Confusion about using personal pronouns with objects. Level 3, Session 20
Greetings...
In level 3 session 20 Carolyn explains that we can use personal pronouns (il, elle, ils, elles) to refer to objects already mentioned as a way to avoid repetition. But way back in level 2 session 8 she introduced the use of "en" (along with "y" to refer to places) which I thought was for the same purpose. Is there a difference in the way they are used or am I simply confusing the purposes?
Thanks for your help.
