Answer Question
Flashcards mark me wrong when I have correct Spanish
This is super frustrating. One example is quiza v. quizas. Another is algunos v. unos, Another is "normalmente," for usually, which in my experience is usualmente. Super annoying. Another that drives me batty is getting marked off for skipping the pronoun when it is neither needed nor often used in Spanish, as in getting dinged for missing a "tu" in, say, quieres. None of my Mexican friends uses that sort of pronoun in speech unless they are making a point, i.e., Yo quiero to say I (and not someone else) want. It would be very very helpful to adjust the flashcards, etc. to no longer ding people for doing what is normal.
Another issue is, and I understand this, but it is still super frustrating, getting dinged for proper Spanish that you haven't gone over yet. Best example is "con frecuencia," which I have not heard in actual Spanish. Everyone uses "a menudo" and I instinctively use that, and of course get dinged. Similarly, carro v. auto, pluma v. boligrafo and so on.
Anyway, overall I still very much like your program, but am having these frustrating points pretty much every day.
