Answer Question
Adjectives before or after the noun?
I have studied qualche italiano prima and was always told that, with some exceptions, il aggetivo sempre sequire il sostantivo.
In this course you almost invariably put the adjective ahead of the noun. I have been taught to say vino rosso o insalata grande not rosso vino o grande insalata.
1. Can you tell me which is basically correct? In understand that you are teaching from the perspective of English, but to the native speaker it would seem that they would consider this ungrammatical.
2. If it is also correct, or more correct, to put the adjective after the noun, then I think that your program should allow either form as a correct answer.
