Answer Question
Les tickets vs. Des tickets
I have actually just finished level 2, but before I start level 3 I decided to go back and do a review of everything starting with level 1, session 1. This is probably really stupid, but in level 1, session 24--the beginning conversation, last line "Let's go buy the tickets"---I don't really understand why it is "les tickets" instead of "des tickets" since we are not buying 'all the tickets in the world' as Sonia states.
I've noticed this 2 or 3 other times throughout the sessions--and it always deals with tickets of some sort. It might be paying for the tickets--which I can see you will be paying for ALL the tickets you bought, instead of just SOME of the tickets you bought. OR, could one just say "des" most of the time and get away with it?
