Answer Question
to or for "PER"
Italian 1 session 22
I've noticed and I may have missed something in previous lessons but I've done 22 a few times and can't recall an explination.
in previous sessions the italian word "per" was translated "for" per me, una birra e per lei un bicchiere di vino.
in session 22 "per" is translated as "to" un biglietto per roma.
why is that and how would you know when to use "per".
I'm just curious as I keep thinking back to "voglio andare all' hotel" (I want to go to the hotel)
this maybe explained in later sessions or possible in Italian 2.
just curious
molto grazie!
