Answer Question
Learning techniques
I fully understand that the way to learn is to put in the time and effort. Fluenz makes it fun and effective, which I'm thankful for. Having said that...are there any particular learning techniques that anyone feels is useful? For instance, I'm:
- using physical flashcards and a flashcard program on my iphone for when I'm on the go
- starting to watch french movies with english subtitles (thanks amazon.com for free streaming movies with amazon prime membership!)
- going to start re-watching movies I have on my shelf with french subtitles turned on (funny how I didn't notice that before)
Thinking about getting a subscription to Le Monde...
Anyone have any other tips? Obviously I'm trying to take a fairly immersive tack...
