Answer Question
Quick Feedback on Italian Level 3
Sorry that I'm posting this under level 2, but I can't find any category for level 3! Moderator, please feel free to move this post to a more appropriate location.
I just received my level 3 package and have been poking around it for the last hour. Well done. Sophie is a great instructor, and you made two improvements which I enthusiastically endorse. First, you seem to have expanded the air time for the instructor. The best part of Fluenz is the "live instructor" method, and I always found myself during levels 1 & 2 (I'm currently halfway through level 2) wishing that Sonia had spent more time instructing. Second, events move along at a more brisk pace. I realize that this is to be expected for level 3, but I thought it worth mentioning nevertheless. Dialogs are at a faster tempo and so is Sophie's presentation. While I endorse Fluenz's easy-does-it approach, I felt at times during the first two levels that things were moving, well, TOO slow.
Now, the one negative comment that I have so far is that I do miss that snazzy red box. What happened? Was that an attempt at cost cutting? :-)
Ciao,
Gerry
