Answer Question
de + adverb?
French 4, lesson 28, Match the Words: The French is "Vous avez vu quelque chose de bien?" and it is supposed to match "Did you see something well?" As is often the case in Fluenz (for me), here the English is either confusing or wrong. Starting with the English, wouldn't it be correct to say "Did you see something good?" which would be "Vous avez vu quelque chose de bon?"i f, in fact, "good" is to modify "something". On the other hand, if the English is taken as correct as written, "well" being an adverb, it seems to me the French would be "Vous avez bien vu quelque chose?"
Also, later in the same exercise, "Il a fait quelque chose de mal?" matches " Did he do something bad?" I don't get this one either.
