Answer Question
Adjectives for noun+preposition
Hi. Working through Spanish (Latin America) 1. Please forgive the lack of accents in this post, as I haven't yet tried out an international setting for my keyboard.
In one of the early lessons, we are asked to translate something like this:
I want two large coffees with milk.
To me, that would seem to be:
Yo quiero dos cafes grandes con leche.
But when the answer is revealed, it turns out to be:
Yo quiero dos cafes con leche grandes
Are both forms correct, or do you always include all additions and prepositional phrases (like "without ice") to a noun before you add
an adjective like "grande"?
Thank you.
