I was robbed. I asked for assistance from customer service and have been ignored
I would like to get a replacement Spanish LA disk 5 so that I can continue my study. I have already purchased the complete set of Flunz and I am asking Fluenz to assist me to replace this stolen disk. I have tried contacting customer service, but have no response to several inquiries. I am hoping that perhaps someone here can understand the situation. I purchased the entire Fluenz Spanish Latin America. Disks 3, 4 & 5 were purchased somewhere around April - June 2010.
Could someone please help me?
I was the victim of an armed robbery and was tied up and gagged while robbers ransacked the house. My laptop, among most everything else of value, was taken. I used the laptop for my Spanish study and was using disk 5 at the time. Fluenz Level 5 was taken with the laptop.
I apologize for positing this here, but I cannot seem to get any response from Fluenz and I am losing faith.
