Answer Question
"I'm sorry"
Every book that I've seen and every course that I've taken says that you use "Mi dispiace" to say "I'm sorry" yet in Fluenz it's "mi spiace." I work with an italian tutor and she says that it's not considered good grammar to say it this way. Has anyone heard differently? I have enough worries about inadvertently offending someone that I think for my next trip to Italy I'll stick with "mi dispiace" which I'm sure I'll be using "molto."
