Answer Question
Why do they use "en" instead of "par"?
I'm on CD 1 Lesson 25. And for the sentence: "Are we going to the hotel by taxi?" They say it's: "Est-ce que nous allons à l'hôtel en taxi?" But isn't it supposed to be "par" which means "by" instead "en" in this sentence? Why is it this way instead of they other way around? And they also say "en" means "in" but I thought "dans" meant "in"? Can someone tell me the differences please? Thanks in advance!
