Answer Question
Gender Confusion :)
In lesson 2, session 2 of the practice workouts two different sentences are given:
1. Abbiamo questo nuovo olio d' oliva. (from "Type the Conversation" section)
2. L' olio d' oliva italiano `e molto buono. (from "Match the Phrases" section)
My question is why do we use the masculine adjective nuovo to describe the olive oil in the first sentence, but the feminine article L' with olive oil in the second sentence?
Grazie to anyone who can help!
