Answer Question
Having trouble with Im and Ins
I'm about midway through Level 2 of German. I thought I was grasping the various cases but now and then something throws me for a loop. Can someone differentiate when to use "Im" versus "Ins?" I know that "Ins" is a contraction for In plus Das for neuter nouns, but I've also seen "Im" used with neuter nouns too. Maybe a couple of sentences using these structures would help me out. Thanks!
