Answer Question
That darned space
I am completing Level 3 of Italian and if there is just one thing that I would have changed, it is your requirement that there be a space between the truncated word and the following vowel. C' è o Ce n' è o L' ospedale (e.g.) You have taught me a habit that is wrong, and I can see no reason for your having done it. I am told that in Level 4 you allow C'è and Ce n'è and L'ospedale (among the many other places) without the space, which is the way it is done in the real world. At the very least you could have allowed it either way in the exercises. Now I have to "unlearn" a habit which you have taught me. I will, of course, learn to live with it, but there seems to have been no reason for why you chose to insist on having it that way.
