Answer Question
Isn't it impolite to say "quiero" in a restaurant?
The training program gives the following example of ordering something in the restaurant, "Quiero este plato" = "I want this dish". Is it normal to say "quiero" when ordering something at a restaurant in Spain? In English it would be considered impolite or demanding to say "I want" in the restaurant. I would say "I would like..." or "I'll have the..." when ordering something. Is this different in Spain?
