preterite indicative ser vs. estar omg
someone please help me understand the difference between the usage of past-tense ser and estar;
an example of my confusion would be a sentence like "fue perfecto porque hizo sol toda la semana"
it's the 'it was' that is confusing me. why wouldn't this be "estuvo perfecto.." ?
