Answer Question
Adverb right after verb?
Question for the pros out there!
Session 9:
Q: Is there a train station close by?
A: Gibt es einen Bahnof nah?
A lesson ago, this is the answer I would have given. However in the Session #9 explanation video, we are told to alwas put adverbs right after the verb.
Why not put the "nah" right after the verb then in this example?
And two questions later, there is this:
Q: Is there a train to Paris there?
A: Gibt es da einen Zug nach Paris?
Now the adverb is right after the verb in a very similar sentence... I am a bit confused!
Thanks!
Marc
