Fluenz no longer working on iPad
I purchased Fluenz 1,2,3. I have never used the CDs. 99 percent of my time with fluenz is on my iPad. 1 percent is done on my computer via a web browser. The past few days, Fluenz is not working on my iPad. I can log in, choose a lesson I want to do, then the program crashes. It doesn't matter what I do, or if I try another iPad, or download the course. It just crashes every time I go to run a new course.
Can you please look into this issue. I never have used the provided CDs and my choice to learn Spanish is via my iPad. My computer is old and slow and find the iPad suits me best. I need to get this up and running asap. If you could please help.
