cannot access program after activation
Hi
i just activated fluenz German via the email link and i confirmed that by trying to re-activate and the website very helpfully told me that i had already activated and offered the download link for the fluenz app (windows and mac). so i downloaded the app(windows 10) and installed it. now when i open the app i get the busy blue spinning ball indicating something is happening but i am not sure what. so i go online and try to access the program and it says "German 1 is not active. if you have not purchased it, you will not have access to it.". I though i would be able to use the program immediately after purchase but apparently not?
