Answer Question
A vs. AU
Last session Level 1
"I’m going to number thirty-three, Balzac street". The translation is "Je vais AU numéro trente-trois de la rue Balzac". Why is there "AU" instead of "A" ? "A" means "TO", but we don't see "TO THE" in the English translation, we see "TO".
Thanks in advance
