Answer Question
sentence structure and/or word order
There are two very similar examples in the flash cards:
1) You can eat breakfast here at 9:30
and
2) You can eat breakfast here everyday at 9:30
I am trying to follow the same sentence structure and sure enough I am always getting it wrong.
In the first example "You can eat breakfast here at 9:30" it is laid out like:
Time+Subject+location+action
Jiu dian ban, ni keyi zai zheli chi zaofan
but in the 2nd example: "You can eat breakfast here everyday at 9:30" the EVERYDAY part is first.
My real question is, is it wrong to say:
Jiu dian ban mei tian ni keyi zai zheli chi zaofan
instead of
Mei tian jiu dian ban, ni keyi zai zheli chi zaofan
if so, why?
