Answer Question
Latin Spanish - Unit 1, Lesson 13 Buying a Cellphone. Ser and Estar in the same sentence. Need clarity.
Sonia is reviewing the conversation. She explains using Ser for an innate quality, which I get. But in the sentence she is explaining, Ser and Estar are used in the same sentence. I get the example of Ser being used but not the use of Estar here.
The sentence: "No, este es muy pequeno, pero esta bien para mi amiga."
Is the use of Estar being used to express the "condition" of the phone size, which would be fine for her friend?
Confused. Thank you.
