Answer Question
Question on French Level 4, session 8, write the phrase
Hi guys,
In French Level 4, session 8, write the phrase, I was given the following prompt:
He wants any(f), it isn’t very important for him
I supplied the following answer, which was flagged as incorrect:
Il veut n'importe laquelle, elle n'est pas très important pour lui
When I changed the 'elle' pronoun to 'ce', it took it. Now, I understand why 'ce' would be a correct response. But isn't the sentence I supplied correct as well? You specified that the object was feminine, so wouldn't that make my sentence correct?
Please clarify! Thanks in advance,
Brian
