Answer Question
Fluenz Must be connected to the internet error message
I have downloaded the program on my MAC and PC but when i tried to log in, i get this error message:
No Internet? It appears you are not connected to the internet. You need to be online to continue. Come back when you are up and running.

I am running Mac version Mavericks and Windows 8.1. Again Both are giving me the same error message and the only post i have been able to find about this problem was a post on a Linux forum which they never resolved.
Any suggestions? i have contacted support already but with my odd work schedule i do not know when i will have time to talk to tech support over the phone. Has this happened to any one else before?
Edit: I have no anti malware or firewall active - both my mac and pc are in excellent condition with minimal programs or other applications installed on either cpu - No viruses or other software/hardware issues -
Could this be a possible port issue? The extent of my knowledge on ports is very remedial. I know how to open ports but that is about as far as i go into ports.
