Fluenz app will not login in
Hi I just bought fluenz spanish (spain 1-5) but when i try to log in to the application on my Mac, i get the following message "it appears you are not connected to the internet. You need to be online to continue. Come back when you are up and running." However, I am connected to the internet and i know the programme is too, because when i clicked forgot password it emailed me about changing it.
How do I solve this problem so I can actually use the programme that i paid for?
