Thanks for reporting Jesse, the "de" is here but it's one of these words that we tend to "swallow" when speaking a little fast, which is why you might not hear it clearly. The thing is you can never use "combien" on its own before another noun, it's always "combien DE" (jours/personnes...) so here the sentence has to be with "de"..
