Hi misterjones,
After an article in the dative case, adjectives always take on an -EN ending, no matter if they're masculine, feminine or neuter, as in:
Mit ihrem kleinen Kind (neut)
Mit ihrer kleinen Schwester (fem)
Mit ihrem kleinen Hund (masc)
