Il y a and Il n'y a pas don't have a plural form, the expression always stays the same:
Il y a une table / Il y a des tables
As for "pas de", it never changes either, to negate a noun in French you always need "pas de" even if the noun is plural, so you say:
Il n'y a pas de fourchettes
Nous n'avons pas de tickets
Elle ne veut pas de frites
and so on.
We explain this in level 1 session 19, and you can take a look at session 18 too if you want to compare it to the use of the partitives "du/de la/des"

Oh yes I very clearly remember this now. I even remember saying that will be easy to remember because the negative never changes from pas de. Oh how quick to forget haha
