Thanks for posting again, and sorry for the delay, we are a small team and nobody is assigned only to commons, so since I was away for a month I'm just coming back to commons now.. Also, this was meant to be a platform of exchange for Fluenz users, yet I admit there isn't a big flow here so sometimes please be patient and we'll get back to you for sure!!
In the example you're mentioning, the place of "nur" is correct, it is supposed to go right before what it refers to, so here it has to go right before "mit Gemüse" to mean that they want a dish "only with vegetables".
