Hi Dan,
As an expression "Kein Problem" never changes, so learn it as an expression..
However I don't understand the issue about "to" and "noch". We're aware that sometimes we haven't included all possible answers in the flashcards where there was no context or little, because they were created after the whole program was released, we're working on improving them but still have some bugs there. In the programs' workout though every possible answer should be accepted, so don't hesitate to send us the reference of the session/exercises where you've found some missing options so we can update them asap,
