Good Catch! No, you're not missing a lesson segment. I don't see a discussion of -ir endings in LA Spanish, LA Spanish upgrade, nor in Sp Spanish.
Hopefully, Admin will see this and somehow add -ir verb conjugations to the lesson.
Note: In case you need it, the -ir conjugation for present tense is pretty simple. It follows the -er pattern with only 1 exception* (2 exceptions for Spain Spanish).
yo como (-er) / yo vivNo, you're not missing a lesson segment.(-ir)
tu comes (-er) / tu vives (-ir)
él, ella, usted come (-er) / él, ella, usted vive (-ir)
*nosotros comemos (-er) / nosotros vivimos (-ir)
ellos, ellas, ustedes comen (-er) / ellos, ellas, ustedes viven
