Sometimes if you don't watch the videos all the way through, it shows an incomplete session. Having said that, it's nothing to worry about -- just move on to the next lesson.

I've had a similar experience when I do the lessons on my iPad. I do all the workouts including the conclusion and then when I log into my desktop it says I've completed about 80%. The lessons it says I haven't done are usually the listening exercises and match the phrases. But after I do the exercises showing not completed on my laptop it brings me up to 100%. I'd just recommend doing the exercises on your laptop/ desktop if you really like to see the 100%. I appreciate though it is a bit strange why this happens on iPads

Like DennisG said, just move on. No one is grading these % completion scores. Think of the % completion info as just a guide that tells you how much you still have to go. Just yesterday I completed a lesson. Later it said I was only 5% complete! I didn't go back to see if I missed anything since I know that I didn't (miss anything).
The other thing is that, at least for me in the past, if I redo a unit again, making absolutely certain that I finished everything (including all the videos to the end) the score still did not change.
