Hi Mark,
In Portuguese the structure for this type of expressions is:
(I) want the blue and the white (there is no "one"), that's why you don't need "uma" here, just:
Quero a azul e a branca
You'd use "uma" if you meant to say:
(I) want a blue one(f) and a white one(f)
Quero uma azul e uma branca
