Hi,
Disculpa = Excuse me
You use it with people you know well, people you address as "tú"
Disculpe = Excuse me
You use it with people you address as "Usted", to mark respect
Lo siento = Sorry /I'm sorry
You use it to apologize
Perdón = Sorry
You also use it to apologize, and NOT to call someone's attention, in this case use Disculpe/a..
**Only in Spain, they sometimes say "Perdona" to call people's attention, but I haven't heard it with this use in Latin America ..
