Yes this phrase is correct in French. Here are some examples that might help:
There is some bread = Il y a du pain
There is still some bread = Il y a encore du pain
There is a lot of bread = Il y a beaucoup de pain
There isn't any bread = Il n'y a pas de pain
There isn't much bread = Il n'y a pas beaucoup de pain
There isn't any more bread = Il n'y a plus de pain
There isn't much bread anymore = Il n'y a plus beaucoup de pain
I know these structures are very different from English, just try to remember that:
ne ... plus = not ... anymore OR no more ...
Ne ... plus beaucoup (de) = Mot much ... anymore OR not much more ...
