I answered your last question to check out level 2, lesson 9 because I recall there being a basic word order explanation.
When things get complicated, I find it helpful to remember that
1. The conjugated verb is almost always in second placement, regardless of what word or phrase first introduces the sentence. With the exception of when the verb introduces a question.
2. That verb is usually followed by its modifiers (adverbs), so auch and bitte etc. pair with the verb closely because they describe the verb.
3. And then remember this order following all of that: time, manner, place.
