I am not sure exactly which lesson really details out the word order, but I know Level 2 Lesson 9 mentions the word order with the past participle.
The order of a present tense sentence is:
(subject*, verb) + (time, manner, place)
OR
(subject*, modal) + (time, manner, place) + (infinitive)
ex: Ich kann um acht Uhr mit Julia im Restaurant essen.
The order of a past tense sentence: (subject*, auxillary verb) + (time, manner, place) + (past participle)
ex: Sie haben gestern mit Julia im Restaurant gegessen.
I am fairly sure that is correct, but check out the lesson.
*Note that "verb second" in the sentence placement is the usual rule... with the exception of questions. Like in English, verbs come first in questions without words like when, where, who, etc. (Kommt er? or Wann kommt er?)

Hi!
In German 2 session 7 you have the first tutorial mentioning the "time-manner-place" order rule.
Then you have reminders all through level 2, in sessions 9, 10, 12, 17 etc
Viel Glück! :)
