Dear Fluenz Users,
We're experiencing some difficulties, please bear with us while we fix them. Our mobile apps are not at all affected and you can continue your learning seamlessly on the phone. The issue on most desktop platforms is that as you begin a new workout, you'll see a pop window referencing a bookmark.
Please click "OK", and you can continue without any issues. The pop up will appear every time you start a new type of workout. We realize how annoying this can be and are working to fix it. In the dialogue workouts, the pop up appears frequently, making that specific workout inoperative. We're also getting reports that downloaded sessions to the desktop app, not the mobile app, are not working properly. If you encounter this situation please switch to the Fluenz Online platform.
We apologize and thank you for your patience. We're working on every error instance and hope to resolve them as soon as possible.
