Hi Mark,
There are 2 ways to access Fluenz on your computer; via the Fluenz Desktop Application that you installed to the hard drive and via Fluenz Online which uses the web browser (online.fluenz.com). It sounds like you were at one point using Fluenz Online, which has the Music and Slow Speech options, then switched to the Desktop Application that doesn't have those options. If you prefer having those, then I recommend using the Fluenz Online version instead. Regrettably, we haven't programmed them into the desktop application due to the amount of bugs, however, we are working to update those in the near future. I hope this helps explain what's going on.
