This concept is first introduced in session 5 when I'm talking about "The coffee is very good". The main idea is that when the adjective is describing the subject you do not use a verb in between them. So in this case you would say,
Coffee very good. K?f?i h?n h?o.
In session 8 this concept is touched upon again. Ex.
She is Kim. T? shì Kim
She is great. T? h?n h?o
Session 13 is also a good place to look at the difference.
