You should now automatically receive updates for any post you created or commented on. You can manage all your subscriptions through the My Subscriptions link in the right-hand column.
I realize that many people may want to change this auto-subscribe feature, and I'll hopefully give you the ability to in a couple hours.

You can now change your default auto-subscribe settings, as well as how frequently you would like to receive an email notification when a post, category, or content type you subscribe to is updated. Just go to "My Account", and then click the link to edit your profile.
The default setting for how frequently you would like to be notified is Immediately. If you choose a less frequent period of time, you'll be notified in a single email of all the updates that have occurred since you received the previous notification email.
By the way, we will be putting together some kind of a help page as we get further along.
