Hola Cathleen,
You could put it at the end of the sentence or at the beginning of the sentence. It depends on how much emphasis you want to put on todavía. Say you wanted to communicate your frustration that after an hour in the dryer your clothes are still not dry you could say.....Yo pongo mi ropa en la secadora durante una hora y todavía mi ropa se seca. I put my clothes in the dryer for an hour and still my clothes are not dry.
Or
Yo pongo mi ropa en la secadora durante una hora y no se seca todavía. I put my clothes in the dryer for an hour and they are not dry yet.
One would need more context to ascertain what the speaker's intentions were. You could leave the sentence as is and just put more emphasis on the word todavía with your voice to indicate your amazement that your clothes are STILL not dry.
También has the same placement flexibility.
