Why not email [email protected] and they should be able to get you setup like you want to be.

As Jordan said, just contact our user support team. If you have your Amazon order # that you can provide them with, that would be great. Explain that you'd like to upgrade to version f2 and they should be able to help you out. In the meantime, I'll update your account so that you can access the Flashcards & Podcasts.
