Hi Don. I'm just learning too and this is how I understand the example in your question: When sie refers to 'her", it is only capitalized at the beginning of the sentence. When Sie refers to "you", either plural or singular, it is always capitalized. The literal translation to English for Möchte sie = Wants she - and Möchten Sie = Wants you. All nouns are capitalized no matter where their placement is in sentence. I keep getting tripped up on my English habit of capitalizing Ich for "I" no matter where it's placed too. We'll get it!

Hi Don - the nouns are capitalized, but pronouns are not (ich, er, sie, du) except for when you use Sie for the formal tense (speaking to elders or someone you just met)
